Almond milk is used on a daily basis in our home. One day I tried making it myself, and it was so exciting! It’s not as thick as the store bought one is, but at least you are aware of what is going into the milk’s mixture. Using it daily in the smoothies or in all of the baking recipes which call for milk or cream in it. Making oatmeal in the morning with almond milk is a tasty breakfast as well! I even prepare the kid’s hot chocolate based on almond milk! Yam!

Place the cheesecloth over the glass container, secure it with a rubber and pour the mixture out. Squeezing the cheesecloth slowly until all the milk is out.
