WHAT “CLEAN EATING” MEANS TO ME
I believe that strict dieting and limiting foods obsessively can create unnecessary stress, eating problems and malnutrition later on in life. Listening to the body and its needs is very important to our health. If you ate an ice-cream and had breakouts after, or indulged in too many cakes, cookies, or bread and felt bloated and constipated the next day then these are your signs! Respecting the delicate digestive system and listening to your own body, is something that takes time, practice and patience. Be kind to yourself and allow healing to take place!
