I love breakfast, even though it is the busiest time of the day and the time is limited for a food preparation! But I think that is what I like about it, nutritious, quick and tasty.

Start with 1 cup of almond milk.
Handfull of organic baby spinach, plus 1 tspn of peanut butter.
Add 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/3 cup frozen mango.
……. blend in the food processor. I love the colour, my favourite green.
This smoothie usually keeps me full for good 3 to 4 hours. And very enjoyable!
